Requirements For Hardware Developer Engineer, AWS CQC- Fab

Python
  • BS in physics, applied physics, material science, electrical engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Expertise in thin film deposition processes and tools (CVD, PVD)
  • Expertise in dry and wet etching processes and tools (DRIE, ICP-RIE, wet-etch)
  • Experience with characterization tools
  • Experience working on mechanical, electrical and/or vacuum systems of fabrication tools
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylum grantee due to export control requirements
