Responsibilities For Hardware Support Engineer, MSP CX Support

  • Provide on-site support for new product implementations and robotics systems
  • Partner with product development and site-level teams
  • Identify and resolve mechanical and system issues
  • Design and implement electro-mechanical tools and fixtures
  • Develop proactive monitoring tools
  • Implement diagnostic tools to minimize downtime

Requirements For Hardware Support Engineer, MSP CX Support

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related area

  • Experience in leading or supporting disciplined technical problem-solving
  • Experience with system-wide processes like 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, FMEA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
