Amazon is seeking a distinguished Head of EU Engineering to lead their Building Design and Engineering initiatives across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). This strategic position, based in Luxembourg, combines technical leadership with program management expertise to optimize Amazon's vast fulfillment network. The role demands a unique blend of MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire) engineering knowledge and strategic program management skills.

Responsibilities For Head of EU Engineering, Building Design and Engineering (GRBD&E)
- Lead MEPF design initiatives across the EMEA region
- Track key metrics and performance
- Function as consulting SME to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain global consistent MEPF specifications
- Promote global MEPF engineering strategies through design standards
- Contribute to program standards and specifications development
- Collaborate on process efficiencies and new building templates
- Work with internal stakeholders and external consultants
Requirements For Head of EU Engineering, Building Design and Engineering (GRBD&E)
- Experience in technical product or program management
- Experience working directly with engineering teams
- Experience in software development
