Innovation and Design Engineer, Worldwide Design Engineering

Are you an innovative engineer that wants to design the next generation of world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across the globe? Amazon is seeking high-impact engineers to join their Worldwide Design Engineering team. In this role, you will:

• Partner with internal and external teams to design high-quality, cost-effective solutions for fulfillment and distribution systems.
• Own multiple projects simultaneously, from concept realization through design approval.
• Be the primary point of technical contact for suppliers on your projects.
• Hand-off completed designs to the Ops Engineering team and ensure successful installation, commissioning, and launch.
• Work on a variety of projects including green-fields, brown-fields, and retrofits for highly automated fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and transportation centers.
• Collaborate with a team of highly skilled engineers in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.
