Responsibilities For IT Application Engineer, Close Systems
- Lead support and operation of modules within e-Business suite
- Interact with business customers to understand and document business processes
- Perform gap analysis for e-Business suite's system configuration
- Design and implement system modifications
- Create SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting
- Work with business customers, developers and Oracle Support to resolve system issues
- Support procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and report-to-report business processes
Requirements For IT Application Engineer, Close Systems
- Bachelor's in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle e-Business suite in multi-organization environment
- Five years experience working with Oracle Financials
- Strong technical knowledge of underlying tables, integration points and technology processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
