IT Support Engineer

Amazon's OpsTech Solutions (OTS) team provides continuous tech support to all Amazon operational sites worldwide. This role focuses on ensuring IT infrastructure meets the demands of our global business while working with cutting-edge technology to develop the warehouse environment of the future. As an IT Support Engineer, you'll work both on-site and remotely, visiting multiple operational locations in Germany and potentially internationally. You'll be responsible for maintaining optimal platform operations, implementing maintenance projects, and improving IT infrastructure.
