IT Support Engineer I

The Ops Tech Solutions Team (OTS) provides ongoing tech support to all Amazon operational sites worldwide. Maintaining, upgrading, and protecting the IT infrastructure and end-user devices of one of the world's largest companies requires diverse skills. Some team members are engineers who help create and implement solutions, while others take on management roles and act as leaders for our tech support colleagues to better support our end users.

Amazon's OTS team is dedicated to balancing performance and sustainability for all new solutions. Many of our employees work at local sites. Our team operates around the clock to ensure we provide support and perform critical maintenance with minimal business interruption.
