Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer I, IT Services
- Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues
- Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment
- Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment
Requirements For IT Support Engineer I, IT Services
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment
- 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment
- Ability to work successfully with limited supervision
- Physical ability to lift or carry desktop computers up to 25lbs
- Availability for on-call responsibilities
- Availability for occasional out of office hours, weekends, evenings or nights
