Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer I, IT Services

  • Deliver on-site, high quality, hands-on support diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Provide on-call support for high severity incidents
  • Assist with activities to triage and escalate system or network outages
  • Execute change management activities in high availability environment
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Manage and oversee IT asset inventories

Requirements For IT Support Engineer I, IT Services

Linux
  • 2+ years of troubleshooting in multi-user high availability environment
  • 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment experience
  • 2+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience
  • 2+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
  • 2+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • 2+ years of supporting corporate network environment experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Bachelor's degree
