IT Support Engineer I, On-prem Infrastructure Services

Amazon IT Services is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to join their On-Prem Infrastructure Support (OIS) team in Seattle. This role combines both break-fix support and project work in a dynamic corporate environment. • Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including circuits, MDFs, IDFs, and wireless access points
• Providing first-level and escalated support for technical issues
• Handling on-call responsibilities for critical incidents
• Contributing to documentation and standard operating procedures
• Working with various technologies including Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $46,900 to $103,000 based on location and experience, plus comprehensive benefits. This role requires some flexibility with after-hours work and daily travel within the Seattle area.
