As an ITS Support Engineer, you'll be the go-to knowledge expert for Amazon's corporate employees, providing seamless end-to-end services and friction-less on-site technical support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on support diagnosing and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of PC repair and deployment experience

The base pay ranges from $46,900 to $103,000 per year depending on location, plus additional compensation including equity and benefits.
