Responsibilities For IT Support Engineer, IT Services

  • Provide and support IT equipment and services for Amazon teams
  • Windows/Mac/Linux OS deployment
  • Providing remote tech support
  • LAN troubleshooting and support
  • Troubleshooting AV systems
  • Manage work through ticketing system and workflow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to execute projects
  • Troubleshoot cabling infrastructure connectivity issues
  • Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions
  • Automate manual tasks and create/improve tools
  • Participate in migration and configuration of new hardware
  • Plan and coordinate CMs and CM templates
  • Lead and deliver projects

Requirements For IT Support Engineer, IT Services

Linux
  • 4+ years of networking (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP) experience
  • 3+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
  • 4+ years of technical support experience
  • 4+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent
  • Ability to manage high priority projects
