Responsibilities For Kuiper Payload System Architect Engineer

  • Design and architecture use cases to verify various subsystems in Kuiper
  • Conduct data-flow performance analysis and vet different designs
  • Build scalable architecture of verification use cases in both control and user plane
  • Specify interface-APIs to both network layer and physical layer for injecting/poking data
  • Design user and control plane verification mechanisms
  • Characterize ground/satellite gateways, customer terminals and customer satellites

Requirements For Kuiper Payload System Architect Engineer

Linux
  • 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language
  • 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee due to export control laws
