Responsibilities For Lab Engineer, Kuiper
- Design, set up and maintain test fixtures to verify software on real hardware
- Create and maintain lab documentation
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues
- Contribute to engineering efforts from design to implementation
- Drive adoption of best practices in testbed maintainability
- Manage equipment stock and procure lab equipment
- Participate in lab on-call rotation
- Provide lab services to remote workers

Requirements For Lab Engineer, Kuiper
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable industry experience
- 2+ years of non-internship professional IT experience in test lab support or operational hardware support
- 2+ years experience organizing and maintaining stock of critical test equipment
- 2+ years experience in project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to export control laws
- Highly organized and autonomous, detail oriented and willing to learn new skills
