Responsibilities For Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering

  • Work with internal teams to understand user requirements
  • Create data center mechanical designs and collaborate with other disciplines
  • Design systems meeting quality and budgetary requirements
  • Work with vendors and manufacturers to specify mechanical equipment
  • Coordinate with local utilities and agencies for compliance
  • Review and approve equipment submittals

Requirements For Lead Mechanical Design Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree with 4+ years experience
  • 6+ years experience in design engineering or construction industry
  • 4+ years experience using Revit for producing Mechanical & Plumbing engineering BIM models
  • Experience applying local codes, ICC requirements, and mechanical industry standards
  • Must be a US Citizen
