AWS Managed Operations (MO) is seeking a Linux Systems Engineer II to join their team founded in April 2023. This role combines hands-on systems engineering with strategic improvements to some of the largest software systems ever built. You'll be part of an elite team responsible for AWS Regions operations, focusing on availability, reliability, performance, and efficiency improvements. Requirements For Linux Systems Engineer II, AWS Operations Management (AWSOM)

  • 3+ years experience operating in a 24/7 production environment
  • 3+ years of relevant systems engineering, or systems administration experience using Linux, networking, and storage systems
  • 2+ years experience in scripting (bash, shell or powershell)
