Amazon Operations is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing technologies across Amazon's Global Warehouse & Delivery Network. The position focuses on asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data management.

As a Maintenance Engineering Planner, you'll be responsible for managing the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software, ensuring proper equipment maintenance, and optimizing spare parts inventory. You'll work at the heart of Amazon's customer experience, managing everything from the moment a customer clicks buy to the delivery of their item.

Responsibilities For Maintenance Engineering Planner, Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering - IntlRME

  • Be the site level SME on the CMMS software
  • Train the local engineering team in CMMS use
  • Ensure system runs in line with IntlRME standards
  • Manage equipment, spare parts and minimum holding levels
  • Forecast and assign preventative maintenance to technicians
  • Compile equipment information and performance metrics
  • Manage spare parts stock levels and place orders
  • Work with procurement for finding savings and efficiencies

Requirements For Maintenance Engineering Planner, Amazon Reliability Maintenance Engineering - IntlRME

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in technical discipline, operations, business administration, or related field
  • Experience planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
  • Experience with CMMS software
  • Experience in using core functions of MS Excel
  • Experience managing stores or spare parts inventories
  • Fluent Portuguese and Advanced English
