Responsibilities For Manufacturing Test Engineer, Project Kuiper
- Own high-volume test processes for Kuiper's integrated assemblies
- Support qualification test campaigns for development articles
- Plan, develop, document and execute assembly and test operations
- Bring-up, test and troubleshoot complex PCBA's at the board level
- Analyze test failures and provide design recommendations
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and RF performance problems
- Specify, procure and set up test cell layouts for the production floor
- Write technical specifications for integrated assembly and test
- Work off shifts and weekends as required
Requirements For Manufacturing Test Engineer, Project Kuiper
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related discipline
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and computer networking
- Strong organizational, analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
