Responsibilities For Mgr, Product Quality Eng, Advanced Product Quality Engineering
- Develop strategy and oversee execution for Product Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Develop quality standards and feedback mechanisms
- Engage with stakeholders to develop roadmap for future engagement models
- Implement best practice for NPI phase gates and Product Development Process
- Identify and develop mechanisms for Key Performance Indicators
- Develop communication mechanisms for high visibility escalations
- Define risk assessment mechanisms
- Develop lessons learned feedback mechanism
- Up to 30% travel required
Requirements For Mgr, Product Quality Eng, Advanced Product Quality Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, computer science or related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in applying Quality Engineering standards like APQP, PPAP, DfX, and FMEA in NPI
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong process improvement mindset for Agile environments
- Excellent business communication skills
- Able to operate in a highly ambiguous environment
