  • Drive stability and sustainability of next-generation IP networks
  • Work with Network Engineers to deliver simple, sustainable solutions
  • Drive complex issues to resolution
  • Partner with Infrastructure organization on configurations standards and tools
  • Collaborate with Systems and Software Engineers
  • Deploy and sustain networking software tools
  • Support off-hours operations escalation pager rotation
  • Travel to data center/network sites as needed

Requirements For Network Development Engineer, US ADC Network Engineering

  • Relevant degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience in large-scale network environment
  • Experience in network focused hands-on technical role with routing protocols/technologies

  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking, IP routing, Server Load Balancing, and Network Security architecture
  • Knowledge of Linux or Unix operating systems
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming
