Responsibilities For Networking Cloud Support Engineer, Support Engineering

  • Learn and use groundbreaking technologies

Requirements For Networking Cloud Support Engineer, Support Engineering

Linux
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge in troubleshooting networking issues using tools (traceroute, mtr, ping, iperf, dig/nslookup, cURL, tcpdump/wireshark)
  • Knowledge of network security (SSL/TLS, Network- and Web Application Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
  • Experience managing domain transfers, records and DNS security
  • Operating Systems knowledge (Windows or Linux)
  • Networking and troubleshooting expertise (HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, Routing and Switching, Load Balancing)
  • Experience monitoring IT services
