NTE Security Manager- NTE (Non-Traditional Environment), EMEA NTE Security

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a highly motivated NTE Security Manager to manage physical security at EMEA NTE (Non-Traditional) Environment in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing on-site operational physical security of NTE Data Centers, with responsibilities including access control, guard force management, security metrics reporting, audits, and incident reporting. The candidate will maintain compliance with international standards (SOC1, SOC2, ISO27001), implement new processes, and adhere to Amazon policies. Key responsibilities include investigating site incidents, analyzing situations, making quick decisions, compiling security reports, creating performance metrics, working with security providers, training others, and traveling up to 60% of the time. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of security operations experience, 3+ years in a leadership role, familiarity with compliance standards, and knowledge of video surveillance equipment. This role is part of the AWS Infrastructure Services team, which owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure.
