As an Operations Engineer for Deployment & Ramp-up, you'll oversee multiple products and programs, coordinating installations at both new and existing fulfillment centers. This role combines technical expertise with project management, requiring 75% travel across North America.

You'll be responsible for managing complex automation installations, driving continuous improvement in deployment cycles, and working closely with engineering teams to optimize system performance. The position demands strong relationship-building skills and the ability to represent customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.

The role sits within the MSP CX team, which validates, deploys, and supports solutions globally across three pillars: Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp-up, and Support. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers to ensure successful product deployment.
