As an Operations Engineer for Deployment & Ramp-up, you'll oversee multiple products and programs, focusing on deploying MSP solutions across new and existing fulfillment centers. You'll manage complex installations, drive continuous improvement in deployment cycles, and work closely with engineering teams to optimize system performance. The role sits within the MSP CX team, which maintains unified accountability across three pillars: Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp-up, and Support. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers to ensure successful product deployment and achievement of business requirements.
