Join Amazon's Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging Customer Experience organization, where we work backwards from customer needs throughout the product lifecycle. As an Operations Engineer for Deployment & Ramp-up, you'll oversee multiple products and programs, focusing on deploying MSP solutions across new and existing fulfillment centers. This role combines technical expertise with project management, requiring 75% travel across North America.

You'll manage complex installations, drive continuous improvement in deployment cycles, and work closely with engineering teams to optimize system performance. The position demands strong relationship-building skills and the ability to synthesize customer feedback into actionable improvements. You'll be responsible for coordinating installations, commissioning, and performance ramp-up while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.

The role sits within the MSP CX team, which maintains unified accountability across three pillars: Quality Assurance, Deployment & Ramp-up, and Support. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineering, technical program managers, and internal customers to ensure successful product deployment and achievement of business requirements.
