As an Operations Engineer for Deployment & Ramp-up, you'll oversee multiple products and programs, focusing on deploying MSP solutions across new and existing fulfillment centers. This role combines technical expertise with project management, requiring 75% travel across North America. You'll coordinate installations, drive continuous improvements, and act as the voice of the customer. The position offers competitive compensation ($68,900-$126,400 based on location) and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in industrial or operations engineering, strong technical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Responsibilities For Operations Engineer, Deployment & Ramp, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging, Customer Experience

  • Manage development of project plans and technical solutions
  • Influence decisions on deployment and machine performance execution strategy
  • Own tactical planning on installation of complex cross-functional projects
  • Own program/product strategy for annual planning of resources and budget
  • Own communication of program execution and performance
  • Coordinate and execute installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with hardware engineering, technical program and product managers

Requirements For Operations Engineer, Deployment & Ramp, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging, Customer Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Technologies, Electrical Engineering or other STEM field degrees
  • 4+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer experience
  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
  • Experience supporting deployment of new product/technology and automation installations
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Understanding of mechanical, electrical diagrams and controls logic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 75% across North America
