Physical Security Program Manager

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Center Operations Security Team is seeking a talented Security Program Manager for their Frankfurt location. This role is crucial in managing physical security infrastructure for AWS facilities. The position involves overseeing security systems including access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV surveillance systems.

As a Security Program Manager, you'll report to the Cluster Security Manager in Frankfurt and be responsible for ensuring compliance with physical security standards, managing security projects, and serving as a Subject Matter Expert in physical security. Your success will be measured by your contribution to developing and implementing standardized security infrastructure systems across the AWS region.

The role requires someone with deep technical knowledge in security systems, project management expertise, and the ability to work across organizational boundaries. You'll be responsible for everything from technology research to system design, construction oversight, and ongoing maintenance.
