Responsibilities For Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions

  • Manage complex, cross-functional industrial builds from site selection through design completion
  • Work with internal/external stakeholders to secure resources and set priorities
  • Perform pricing reviews and negotiate costs with developers and contractors
  • Manage vendor procurement and oversee professional service providers
  • Develop and track schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Coordinate with design teams to develop site plans and floor plans
  • Interface with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Travel up to 50% within assigned regions

Requirements For Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
  • 3+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or Owner's project management representative
  • Project management experience from design phase through implementation
  • Experience within packaging processing/logistical facilities with complex equipment
  • 3+ years of project/program management
