Responsibilities For Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions
- Manage complex, cross-functional industrial builds from site selection through design completion
- Work with internal/external stakeholders to secure resources and set priorities
- Perform pricing reviews and negotiate costs with developers and contractors
- Manage vendor procurement and oversee professional service providers
- Develop and track schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with design teams to develop site plans
- Interface with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance
- Travel up to 50% within assigned regions
Requirements For Pre-Construction Manager, Engineering and Building Solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
- 3+ years of experience as an Architect, Engineer, Construction Manager, Development Manager, or Owner's project management representative
- Project management experience from design phase through implementation
- Experience within packaging processing/logistical facilities with complex equipment
- 3+ years of project/program management
