Responsibilities For Principal Construction Manager

  • Define and develop large scale technical strategies across multiple team boundaries
  • Solve complex or systemic problems by originating innovative technical solutions
  • Develop scalable and repeatable technical solutions
  • Create scalable mechanisms, methodologies, and best practices
  • Act as primary escalation point for specific area of expertise

Requirements For Principal Construction Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent engineering science + 10+ years relevant construction experience, OR 15+ years relevant construction experience
  • 10+ years experience supporting large, complex construction projects, specifically related to electrical scope
  • Ability to analyze electrical systems and provide recommended solutions
  • Strong expertise in NEC regulations
  • Ability to review and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
