Responsibilities For Principal Technical Program Manager, World Wide Fulfillment Design & Engineering

  • Accountable for roadmaps for innovative design solutions
  • Drive design standardization and process excellence
  • Define program objectives and analyze data
  • Ensure business and technical stakeholder needs are aligned
  • Provide context for business/technology choices
  • Oversee gap between teams and processes
  • Solve ambiguous problems and identify/mitigate risks
  • Lead development, implementation, and delivery of complex system designs
  • Write compelling narratives and present to Directors and VPs
  • Mentor and provide constructive feedback for engineers, managers, and peers

Requirements For Principal Technical Program Manager, World Wide Fulfillment Design & Engineering

Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) or foreign equivalent
  • 7+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related
  • Experience in hands-on work managing complex technology projects
  • Experience with Material handling equipment, Sortation technologies and packaging lines or process design
  • Proficiency using business/technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software
  • Technical leadership experience for large-scale engineering projects
