Process Engineer, AMZL APAC Engineering

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Australia Engineering team, focusing on building a world-class last mile operation. This role is crucial in standardizing and optimizing the Last Mile delivery network to achieve safety, customer experience, productivity, quality, and cost goals.

The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a multicultural engineering team, contributing to an inclusive culture with members from various nationalities. Based in either Sydney or Melbourne, the role involves approximately 25% travel time both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve Amazon Logistics equipment and processes
• Drive standardization and innovation across WW Process Engineering
• Manage roll-out of product features for next-generation AMZL Delivery Stations
• Present to senior leadership regularly
• Integrate new equipment designs and process improvements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology, with 4+ years of relevant engineering experience. Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL is required, along with equipment and process design experience.
