Amazon's Production Planning Team (PPT) is seeking a Product Manager to join their dynamic team focused on optimizing labor planning across global operations. Responsibilities For Product Manager, GFS PPT

  • Analyze the labor planning process and identify key areas of automation/accuracy improvement
  • Partner with business teams to refine and align on requirements
  • Collaborate with engineer teams to design strategy and roadmap for automation/improvement
  • Define clear performance metrics, targets, and success criteria
  • Prioritize and sequence optimization initiatives
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication
  • Effectively communicate progress, challenges, learnings and success stories to stakeholders

Requirements For Product Manager, GFS PPT

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level (preferred)
