Responsibilities For Product Security Engineer, Payments Security - Core Security Services
- Work with service teams to identify threats and vulnerabilities throughout Software Development Life Cycle
- Identify and prioritize security problems that can be detected using automation
- Develop detection prototypes for security problems
- Work with teams to address detected security problems
- Identify opportunities to prevent security problems at scale
- Develop prototypes to prevent security problems
- Document and provide security guidance across Amazon Payments
- Deliver metrics to show effectiveness of security initiatives
Requirements For Product Security Engineer, Payments Security - Core Security Services
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field
- 3+ years in Application Security analysis, assessments, and remediation
- 3+ years of programming in C, C++, Java, Python, Perl, and/or Ruby
- 3+ years of threat modeling, secure coding, identity management and authentication experience
- 3+ years with cloud technologies (AWS preferred, Azure, Google Cloud, etc)
