As a Product Support Engineer within the Prime Air team, you will:

• Drive deployment of hardware and software functionality
• Pursue continuous improvement
• Investigate issues across several different disciplines
• Troubleshoot and innovate in a constrained design space
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, and operational functions across all Prime Air teams
• Drive efficient delivery and decompose ambiguous problems into straightforward solutions
• Convert lessons learned to requirement update requests
