Product Support Engineer, Prime Air - Amazon

This role involves driving deployment of hardware and software functionality, pursuing continuous improvement, and investigating issues across various disciplines.

Key responsibilities include:

• Troubleshooting and innovating in a constrained design space
• Working with engineering, manufacturing, and operational functions across Prime Air teams
• Driving efficient delivery and decomposing ambiguous problems into straightforward solutions
• Converting lessons learned to requirement update requests

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional customer focus and problem-solving skills
• Strong regulatory understanding
• Excellent communication skills to build trust and drive alignment
• Experience with new product introduction/launch and change management
• Proficiency in project planning and request prioritization
• Background in aerospace products/projects or other regulated fields
