AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. As the Program Manager for PMO & Analytics - Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG), you will:
- Lead multi-project programs focused on procurement process improvement and operational excellence
- Develop Voice of Customer (VoC) program and feedback mechanisms
- Support change and adoption programs across customer regions
- Manage ad-hoc improvement and governance projects
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver nominated programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Review existing SOPs, policies, and communications materials
- Develop and monitor internal metrics and KPIs
- Take ownership of global programs including VoC, CSAT, and NPS
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement
- Bring alignment between internal teams and remove roadblocks
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Preferred qualifications:
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- 5+ years of driving process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management and procurement
