Description For Program Manager - PMO & Analytics, Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG)

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're the people who keep the cloud running, supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure customers have continual access to innovation.

As the Program Manager for PMO & Analytics - Data Center Procurement Governance (DCPG), you will:

  • Lead multi-project programs focused on procurement process improvement and operational excellence
  • Develop Voice of Customer (VoC) program and feedback mechanisms
  • Support change and adoption programs across customer regions
  • Manage ad-hoc improvement and governance projects

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver nominated programs across multiple jurisdictions
  • Review existing SOPs, policies, and communications materials
  • Develop and monitor internal metrics and KPIs
  • Take ownership of global programs including VoC, CSAT, and NPS
  • Establish a culture of continuous improvement
  • Bring alignment between internal teams and remove roadblocks

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 5+ years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management and procurement

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Bachelor's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field
