Responsibilities For Quality Assurance Engineer, Alexa Customer Journeys

  • Manual and automated testing of features across web and mobile platforms
  • Planning, development and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Review user interfaces for conformity and functionality
  • Develop and improve testing strategies and techniques
  • Find, isolate, document, regress, and track bugs through resolution
  • Interpret and report testing results
  • Work with SDEs to understand technical architecture
  • Work with product managers to understand customer experience
  • Lead and be responsible for key feature's quality
