Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation, Amazon Sidewalk

Amazon Sidewalk is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to help deliver high-quality services and features. The role involves working closely with global teams to plan and coordinate quality assurance assignments, with a strong emphasis on automation. The ideal candidate will be obsessed with quality improvement across the entire development cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Championing the quality of Sidewalk features using both automated and manual tests
• Designing, creating, updating, and executing test plans with well-defined test cases
• Designing, enhancing, and maintaining test automation frameworks
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to influence final delivery
• Reporting, tracking, and verifying defects to their resolution to sign off on features and releases
• Making significant improvements to processes and automation infrastructure to enhance efficiency and efficacy in quality delivery of Sidewalk services, business, and customer experience
