Quality Assurance Engineer II, Amazon Music

Amazon Music is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join their team in Mexico City. This role focuses on building frameworks, tools, infrastructure, and tests for end-to-end Visual & Voice experiences of Amazon Music. The position involves working across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, Web, Fire TV, and Alexa endpoints.

As a QAE, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing test automation frameworks using technologies like Selenium, Appium, and Capybara with Java/Javascript/Typescript. You'll develop test strategies for backend/APIs and performance testing of large-scale systems. The role requires an independent contributor who can work with various stakeholders to improve the overall quality of customer's E2E Voice experience.

The position offers the opportunity to work on a complex ecosystem that impacts millions of customers. You'll be responsible for reducing manual/regression test execution, improving test efficiency through automated solutions, and owning E2E product quality. The role involves evangelizing and onboarding various teams to the framework, conducting training sessions, and implementing software engineering best practices.
