Quality Assurance Engineer, II, Amazon Ring/Blink Devices

Blink, a result of one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join their Manufacturing Intelligence team. The role involves developing comprehensive test plans, conducting automated test execution, and improving processes to ensure optimal software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing holistic quality assurance testing strategies
• Conducting performance and load testing
• Writing test code in Python
• Collaborating on user documentation
• Identifying and reporting defects
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts
• Assessing and mitigating risks associated with releases

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal team members and outside partners, embracing a full-stack approach from backend to web, database, and dashboards. The team uses the latest AWS processes and maintains security compliance with data flowing to Contract Manufacturers.
