Responsibilities For Quality Control Program Manager, QAQC
- Lead implementation of QAQC processes throughout data centre construction projects
- Review design documents for constructability and quality assurance
- Develop and maintain quality control plans and inspection checklists
- Conduct onsite QAQC inspections
- Coordinate with third-party Quality Control Agents
- Facilitate regular QC meetings with stakeholders
- Monitor and report quality metrics and KPIs
- Track quality defects and ensure resolution
- Compile quality control turnover packages
- Conduct final quality reviews and walkthroughs
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to end customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements For Quality Control Program Manager, QAQC
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- 5+ years experience in quality control or construction management
- Strong understanding of construction processes and mechanical/electrical systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Knowledge of industry standards and construction quality control
- Ability to walk job sites in uneven terrain
