Our team is looking for a Regional Business Intelligence Manager to work with various stakeholder groups to procure data center capacity, support long term scaling strategies for AWS's infrastructure regions, and manage a portfolio of critical infrastructure agreements. As the Regional Business Intelligence Manager, you will research and manage all areas of transaction deal flow related to data center procurement projects in the region, for both Colocation and Real Estate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leveraging data science skills to prepare transaction business cases, forecast project costs, and partner with internal teams for leadership review.
- Assisting with site selection process, strategy development, and data analysis across the region.
- Managing stakeholder engagement from initial due diligence to contract execution.
- Supporting development of various contractual documents.
- Ensuring data integrity in supply planning and execution systems.
- Developing and overseeing process improvement initiatives.
- Applying analytics and business intelligence skills to extract insights from complex data sets.
- Building data visualizations and automated BI solutions.
- Designing data pipelines and automated processes for in-depth analysis.
- Incorporating AI programs to drive automation and efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Experience in supply and demand planning, analytics, data engineering, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or scripting languages, and experience with ETL and databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools and conducting deep dive analyses of business problems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
