Responsibilities For Regional Environmental Engineer, AWS Environmental

  • Lead environmental regulatory compliance function for assigned area
  • Advance environmental performance culture and improve regulatory adherence of data centers
  • Conduct environmental compliance audits of data centers and construction sites
  • Perform environmental incident investigations and develop corrective actions
  • Maintain compliance record keeping and data integrity
  • Perform data trend analysis and present to cluster leadership
  • Partner with construction managers to ensure environmental risks are identified
  • Prepare and submit time-critical reports to governmental agencies

Requirements For Regional Environmental Engineer, AWS Environmental

  • BA/BS degree in environmental science, chemical or environmental engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years serving as an environmental technical resource, compliance specialist, program specialist, or program manager
  • Experience with regulatory assessments and managing environmental compliance
  • Applied knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws
  • Strong analytical skills on leading and lagging data
  • Experience working with Cority and Procore software (preferred)
