Regional Program Manager, Construction Program Management

AWS Infrastructure Services is at the heart of Amazon's cloud operations, responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. This role as Regional Construction Program Manager is crucial in implementing solutions that improve processes and streamline workflows for field execution teams. You'll be working with AWS's data centers, which are industry-leading examples of innovation in security, safety, space utilization, and efficiency.

The position involves leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple programs simultaneously, working closely with internal teams and external partners (General Contractors) to ensure industry best practices and innovative ideas are incorporated into new programs. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing procedures that continually improve and streamline construction programs across multiple geographic regions.
