Responsibilities For Regional Program Manager, Construction Program Management

  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage programs and processes simultaneously
  • Engage with technical experts and stakeholders to initiate new programs
  • Identify process and communications gaps while developing solutions
  • Develop and maintain lessons learned and establish sharing mechanisms
  • Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes and solutions
  • Establish metrics-driven approach to strategic initiatives
  • Define and evaluate KPIs for program milestones and performance
  • Work closely with stakeholders on key program initiatives

Requirements For Regional Program Manager, Construction Program Management

  • 5+ years of experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical path management
  • 3+ years of experience in large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to data center infrastructure build
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience with varying stages of infrastructure builds from Design to Project Hand-off
