The position sits within AR's specialized Regulatory Compliance team, which comprises five key groups: Product Safety/EMC, Machine Safety, Materials Compliance, Compliance Lab, and Design for Compliance. You'll be responsible for leading safety and compliance initiatives, developing test plans, and working closely with product teams to integrate regulatory requirements from the early design phases.

As a Regulatory Compliance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring all AR products meet EMI/EMC and Product Safety standards across international markets. You'll partner with internal and external laboratories, manage relationships with certifying agencies, and oversee both hardware and software compliance validation processes.

The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of engineering experience in automation or industrial equipment, with a strong understanding of EMC regulations and certification processes. You'll need excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
