  • Manage complex, cross-functional industrial projects from site selection through design completion
  • Oversee professional service providers
  • Perform pricing reviews and negotiate costs
  • Manage Due Diligences and schedule tracking
  • Supervise implementation of safety programs and standards
  • Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams
  • Drive communication across departments
  • Conduct site validation and risk analysis
  • Handle contract/lease and cost negotiations

Requirements For REI Pre-Construction Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or comparable field
  • Solid project management experience from design phase through implementation
  • Experience with packaging processing/logistical facilities
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in negotiating construction, procurement and labour contracts
