Responsibilities For Reliability Engineering Manager
- Lead engineering team and build safety culture
- Ensure statutory compliance requirements for safe working environment
- Manage equipment availability and future growth planning
- Implement and maintain safety and statutory compliance programs
- Develop and mentor direct reports
- Maintain equipment failure contingency plans
- Work with EU Engineering team on continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with recruitment for team building and staffing
- Plan and manage preventative maintenance programmes
Requirements For Reliability Engineering Manager
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) or 2+ years experience in an Amazon engineering team
- Multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
- Excellent communications skills in English and local language
- Experience with automated equipment including packaging machinery, sortation and conveyor systems
- Project management experience
- Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
