Responsibilities For Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, AMZL - Preston

  • Perform proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on site equipment
  • Carry out reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in distribution warehouse
  • Use latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness
  • Maintain health and safety policies and practices
  • Support development of on-site apprentices
  • Work on continuous improvement projects
  • Respond to breakdowns and implement solutions
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including painting and plumbing

Requirements For Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician, AMZL - Preston

Linux
  • Completed Engineering indentured apprenticeship
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Engineering
  • Relevant experience as a qualified engineer
  • Experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
  • Advanced proficiency in local language (verbal and written)
  • Experience in fault-finding and maintaining conveyor systems
  • Ability to work different shifts including nights
