Research Engineer, AWS AI

AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations — from foundational services such as Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS's services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you'll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We are building a new and exciting Generative AI application that will transform how enterprises operate. You will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor of developing this cutting-edge product. We are seeking creative problem-solvers who are energized by tackling complex technical challenges to push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.

Key job responsibilities:

• Define, design and lead the development of tools that accelerate the science experimentation and delivery process
• Design and guide the science team's implementation, enabling Science proof of concepts
• Tool development: build and improve toolings for applied scientists
• Expedite science to production: bridge the gap between science and engineering teams
